Andrea Brillantes encourage the public to get vaccinated against COVID-19
As more people are vaccinated against COVID-19, the number of celebrities who post on social media that they have also been vaccinated against the virus is increasing. On the list is the young actress Andrea Brillantes.
Brillantes received her respective doses at the vaccination site in Taguig as the city started jabbing the A4 priority group.
She went through the normal process of checking her vital signs and underwent a briefing under the direction of doctors from the Department of Health.
Registration process are as follows:
1. Register on trace.taguig.GOV.ph to get identification QR code.
2. Fill up the vaccination profile.
3. Wait for a message once an avaible slot opens up confirming date, time and location for vaccination.
Brillantes encourages her fans on Facebook to register and get vaccinated too. She does not have an obligation to announce or answer media questions about her vaccination status, but many add that they hoped more well-known names would become role models for getting the vaccines.
Taguig has opened registration for priority group A4, which includes key personnel from government agencies, media, delivery services, and the informal sector. The city will continue to prioritize vaccines for health workers, the elderly, and those with comorbidities.
